In the early 1900's in Newark, New Jersey, a man with a vision built a simple window cleaning business into a company that pioneered
many of the services now common in the building maintenance industry. Two generations later Frederick Goldring, President and
CEO of USI Services Group, continues his grandfather's vision.
Today, USI is a nationally recognized company that provides total
facility care. Through five separate, yet cohesive divisions, USI addresses multiple facets of facility care and management:
Building Services, Strike Force Protective Services, Secure Defense Systems, Landscape and Design, and Ultimate Sanitary Supply.
Over the years, USI has grown in size and depth, added thousands of employees, and opened offices across the country. However, one constant remains - outstanding service.
We realize that facility care is not just about a cleaner building, a greener lawn, a safer stadium or a more secure headquarters. Commitment to outstanding service is what allows us to continually seek innovative solutions, all the while attending to the basic needs of our clients.
